Ulkar Kimya has three state-of the-art synthesis production facilities to produce API for its customer.
- Pilot/Small scale production facility has four enamel (25 lt. – 800 lt. in range) and three stainless steel (160 lt. – 630 lt. in range) reactors with 550 lt. stainless steel centrifuge capacity to provide R&D trials and small scale production capabilities.
- Mid-scale production facility has four, enamel (1,000 lt. – 1,600 lt.) and four stainless steel (1,000 lt. - 2,000 lt.) reactors with one Halar 1,000 lt. and two 2,000 lt. stainless steel centrifuge capability.
- Brand new big-scale production facility has built and started its production in 2009. This facility has one, enamel and three stainless steel 6,300 lt. reactors with one Halar and one stainless steel 1,250 lt. centrifuge.
Beside these Ulkar Kimya pays great attention to environmental health in its facilities with liquid, solid and gas-cleaning units.
